Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I see you're unable to use screen sharing in macOS Mojave.
To clarify, are you referring to Back to My Mac? If so, this is normal behavior as this feature has been removed in macOS Mojave. You can find more about this here, in the article titled Prepare for changes to Back to My Mac
