Aug 14, 2019 Open Finder. Go to the “GO” drop-down menu and select “Go to Folder”. Enter /private/var/folders and click go. For /private/var/folders, you need to search within the folder for the com.microsoft.outlook or outlook temp–sometimes it’s inside the b6 or rz folders but often it’s elsewhere!

Where are my GoPro App for Desktop Media Files Stored in my computer?
The default location for the imported media from the camera is under the following path:/Users/<YourUserName>/Pictures/GoPro - Mac
C:Users<YourUserName>PicturesGoPro - Windows
For more information on the exact location on a particular file, you can try the following steps:
- Select the media file along the thumbnail viewer.
- Right click on the thumbnail.
- Select the option 'Show in Finder (Mac)' or 'Show in Explorer (Windows)'
A new Finder or Explorer window will appear detailing the exact location of the selected file.
